Raspberry, Plum and Banana Smoothies

Ingredients

3 ripe plums
340g of raspberries
200ml of water
6 ice cubes
2 bananas
150 ml of orange juice
200ml of greek yoghurt
1 pinch of salt
a drizzle of honey or syrup

Blitz together using a high-powered blender or a handheld blender. If you want a really smooth smoothie you might want to sieve it. There are a lot of raspberries seeds in this one!


Serves 4.
