Swedish Salmon Pasta

A quick Swedish classic that is super tasty and very easy!

Ingredients 

100 ml sour cream
100 ml single cream
1 bunch of dill
180g of smoked salmon
cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Pour the cream and sour cream into a non-stick saucepan. 
  2. Slice the smoked salmon into small pieces. About 1 cm x 1 cm. Add to the sauce pan. 
  3. Finely chop the dill and add to pan as well. 
  4. Combine everything and then bring to a simmer over medium heat. 
  5. Serve on top of pasta. Sprinkle on some cayenne pepper. 
  6. Enjoy!
