Swedish Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
100 ml sour cream
100 ml single cream
1 bunch of dill
180g of smoked salmon
cayenne pepper
Preparation
- Pour the cream and sour cream into a non-stick saucepan.
- Slice the smoked salmon into small pieces. About 1 cm x 1 cm. Add to the sauce pan.
- Finely chop the dill and add to pan as well.
- Combine everything and then bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Serve on top of pasta. Sprinkle on some cayenne pepper.
- Enjoy!
