Sweet Potato Crisps
A great, healthier alternative to potato chips or crisps!
Ingredients
350g of sweet potato
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of crushed chilli flakes
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp of cumin
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220C.
- In a bowl combine the olive oil, chilli flakes, salt and cumin.
- Cut the potato in 1/2 cm slices.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip half way through cooking time.
- Serve with some yummy dip like guacamole or with this fish dish.
