Two-Ingredient Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 eggs
Toppings: greek yoghurt, fruit, honey, chocolate sauce, etc.
Cooking Time!
- Puree or mash the bananas until they are no lumps left.
- Whisk the eggs, add the bananas.
- Mix.
- Pour the mix into a heated non-stick pan. Use your judgement for size.
- Optional: add chocolate chips or fresh berries at this point.
- Fry on a medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Serve with your choice of toppings! I used greek yoghurt and honey, delicious!
Makes 8 mini pancakes. Approximate prep and cooking time 5-7 minutes.
