Fruit Crumble Inspired Smoothie
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of porridge oats
90g of frozen blueberries
90g of frozen raspberries
200ml of greek yoghurt
250ml of water
1 tsp of honey
1 tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of cardamon
Blitz everything together and then serve over ice with a sprinkle of coconut :)
